Additional Fees

Modifications - Redesign - $40 per hour (minimum one hour) plus added components.

Site Maintenance - $30 per hour; monthly rates available.

Updates - Within 48 hours of receipt of changes.

Research - $30 per hour (one hour minimum).

Graphics - We will include your graphics, photos, lines, bullets and background. There will be an extra charge for graphic redesign or resize.

Links - We will include links for your email and appropriate URLs.

Navigation - We will provide keyword text links at the bottom of each page. Graphic links provided at extra charge.

Installation - We upload your files to your ISP (Host Server) using a FTP.

Submission to Search Engines - We will publicize your site to the most popular search engines.

ALL DESIGNS INCLUDE:

            • Consultation
            • Layout and Design
            • Internal Links
            • Colored or Textured Background
            • Email Links
        Fee Paid in Advance - Non-refundable after start of initial Plan & Design.
        Accept: Check, Money Order and Cash.
        Invoices - due in 15 days.
        Discount 10%- if you include acknowledgement at bottom of page.
        May not alter or delete for six months.
        Submit Text File - No typing or Proofing - SAVE Money
